Agulu Villa is a multi-generational family residence originally constructed in the early 1900s in Anambra State, Nigeria. The property, rich in history and cultural heritage, has been thoughtfully revitalized and redesigned to meet contemporary living standards while preserving its legacy. the renovation project was inspired by the roman architectural style.

The renovation, which began in 2018 and was completed in 2020, transformed the original 15-bedroom structure into a modern 8-bedroom villa, each bedroom ensuite and designed to accommodate the eight children of the family and their households.
