Ugochukwu Valentine Aziude is a seasoned Civil / Structural Engineer and a COREN-Certified with extensive experience in structural design, site supervision, project planning, and infrastructure development. He is also a seasoned Project Manager, trained in modern project delivery methodologies, risk management, and resource optimization.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has completed additional certifications in Project Management, Contract Administration, Health & Safety (ISHAS), Real Estate Development, and Leadership & Business Strategy.
His inspiration is rooted in a deep desire to create meaningful structures and sustainable communities. From a young age, he has been captivated by how engineering transforms empty spaces into functional environments homes, roads, landmarks, and cities. A passion which matured into a career mission: to develop safe, modern, and affordable properties while driving innovation in Nigeria’s built environment. He is also motivated by impact, legacy, and the opportunity to contribute to national development through quality infrastructure and responsible real estate solutions.
